What will appear on the bank statement?
It's 100% anonymous! 💯 Your bank statement will simply say "SP*PRI*VERV". So don't worry, no one will be able to see what you bought or where you bought from 🏦
Can I get free delivery?
We deliver free of charge with PostNord or GLS to Parcel box or post office, on all orders over DKK 750 to Denmark, SEK 1100 to Sweden and €99 to Europe 📦
Can I choose the delivery location myself?
Yes 👍🏻 You can choose which PostNord post office/box or GLS parcel shop you want your package delivered to 🚚
What does "fast delivery" mean?
Fast delivery means that we send the item today, so that it is delivered to you as soon as possible 🤗 This only applies to orders where all the items are in stock, when ordering before 15.00 on weekdays and applies both to delivery with PostNord and GLS ☝🏻
A product is sold out or not available in my size?
Contact us on the chat 💬 We can see the current stock status for you and in some cases we have items in stock that have not yet been counted 🧮
