We are very discreet and we ensure that no one knows that you have shopped with us ✅

🏦 What'll the bank statement say?
It's 100% anonymous! 💯 On your bank statement it will simply say “SP*PRI*VERV”. So don't worry, no one will be able to see what you bought or where you bought it from 🏦
🚚 How do I get free delivery?
We deliver free of charge with PostNord or GLS to Parcel box or post office, on all orders over DKK 750 to Denmark, SEK 1100 to Sweden and €99 to Europe 📦
📍 Can I choose my own delivery location?
Yes 👍🏻 You can choose which PostNord post office/box or GLS parcel shop you want your package delivered to 🚚
⚡ What does “fast delivery” mean?
Fast delivery means that we send the item today, so that it is delivered to you as soon as possible 🤗 This only applies to orders where all the items are in stock, when ordering before 15.00 on weekdays and applies both to delivery with PostNord and GLS ☝🏻
🤨 What do I do if a product is sold out?
Contact us on the chat 💬 We can see the current stock status for you and in some cases we have items in stock that have not yet been counted 🧮

🏢 Do you have a permit from the municipality?
If you have a nappy permit from your municipality, you just need to make your purchase from us as usual 👍🏻
After you have completed the order, you can use the order confirmation as documentation for your refund with the municipality 🤑 You also have the option of contacting us by e-mail or chat so that we can forward your invoice if the municipality asks for it 📜

🪄 How to redeem winnings from the scratch card game?
When you win in our scratch game, you will receive further information via email. In this email you will find everything you need to know to be able to claim your prize. If you are still in doubt, you can contact customer service via chat or email 🤗

You can easily get an update on your order by going to our order tracking and searching for your order 🔍 You will need your order number - which is stated in your order confirmation - and the postal code to which the order should be delivered 📮

🎁 Was there an extra item in the package?
Oh, how lucky you are! 😍 Every now and then we put a little gift in the package when we pack your order at our warehouse - it can be anything from discount codes, to scratch cards, gift cards and even products from the store 🫢

🆕 What can you recommend for beginners?
For beginners, we recommend our Double Packs (click here) , where you buy two diapers at a time. This way you can easily try out a few different ones and find out which sizes and brands fit best.

🧽 How are the products maintained?
Our diapers are maintenance-free, they just need to be used, but when it comes to pacifiers and plastic pants, there are a number of steps you can follow to extend their lifespan. Our products are of high quality, but if you take good care of them, they will last longer.

🎯 How do I choose the right size?
When choosing the correct size for a product, you can follow this guide:
For diapers:
The sizes of diapers vary quite a bit, so you should look for the measurements on the product page for each product.
For pacifiers and baby bottles:
The sizes of pacifiers and feeding bottles are "one size". You do not have to choose a size for these products.
For accessories and other products:
For accessories and other products, please refer to the product page for the individual product. In most cases, such as creams, foundations and the like, a size does not need to be selected.
For plastic pants:
The rule of thumb when choosing a size for plastic pants is that you should choose the same size as you would choose if you were buying diapers (or underwear). If you normally wear size M in clothes, you should therefore choose size M in plastic pants.

🩲 Are your products latex-free?
99% of our products are latex-free, but some products - such as bottle nipples for baby bottles - may contain latex to a greater or lesser extent. We always state on the product page for each product if it contains latex.

🛒 Do you have a physical store you can visit?
No, we do not have a physical store you can come and shop in at this time 😊 We ship all our orders from our warehouse in North Jutland, Denmark, but unfortunately you cannot visit us at our address 🙌🏻
🤑 How do I redeem discount codes and gift cards?

🏳️🌈 What languages can I choose on the website?
When you shop with us you can choose between three languages, which are Danish, Swedish and English. You can change the language by clicking on the language selector at the top right of the website, or by visiting dalille.dk for Danish, dalille.se for Swedish or dalille.com for English.
🌍 Where do you deliver to and what does it cost?
Our customers are mainly from Denmark and Sweden, but we actually deliver to several other EU countries too – and more are on the way. At the moment, we deliver to the following countries:
