At Dalille, we fully respect all requests for confidentiality of personal data that you give us on the website. In addition, we are aware of the need for appropriate protection and proper processing of your personal information.

Personal information

Personal data covers all information that can be used to identify a person, including, but not limited to, first and last name, age, gender, private address - or other physical address - e-mail, or other contact information, regardless of whether relates to the person's private residence or workplace.

Collection and processing of personal data

As a general rule, you can access our website without telling us who you are or providing personal information about yourself. However, Dalille needs certain personal data to be able to do business with you, as well as deliver newsletters and other services to you. In addition, we register which products you buy from us, i.e. your purchase history.

How information is collected and processed

We store information about you when you e.g. create or change your customer account (profile) with us when you sign up for our newsletter or when we have to deliver certain other services to you.

Dalille only collects the personal data that is necessary to deliver the service or products that you request. Registration of personal data is necessary to be able to analyze how you use Dalille.

We do not collect personal data about you from third parties. We do not store information about means of payment, e.g. card numbers on payment cards, bank account numbers or the like.

If you wish to delete your profile, please send us an email. Make sure to send the request from the email that the profile was originally created with.

Legal basis for processing personal data

We may process your personal data to fulfill an agreement with you or to fulfill a legal obligation, as well as to improve our systems. This may include improving the website, our services, surveys in connection with answering your inquiries and the like.

We can also process your personal data if you have given your prior and express consent to this, such as by accepting cookies on the website or consenting to receive marketing.

Dissemination of personal data

Personal information provided on Dalille will only be shared with:

  • Dalille ApS's internal departments.

  • Trusted third parties who only use your personal data for the purpose of delivering goods or services that you have ordered.

You can always change your account information, including addresses, by logging into your account. If you don't have an account or need help, contact us via chat or email.

You can be told what information we have registered about you. If you wish to receive a copy of this information, you must write to us at kundeservice@dalille.dk.

Other rights

You have the right to have your personal data corrected, deleted or to have their use restricted, e.g. if you believe that the personal data that we process is incorrect or misleading.

You can object to us processing information about you at any time. If your objection is justified, Dalille will no longer process your personal data.

If Dalille processes your personal data on the basis of consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. However, this does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on your consent before you chose to withdraw consent.

You have the right to complain to the Danish Data Protection Authority if you believe that we are processing information about you in breach of applicable legislation. The storage of personal data

Dalille processes your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfill the above purposes, including in connection with a product purchase and possibly further storage thereafter, if this is necessary for documentation reasons, e.g. as a result of legal storage obligations or the need to be able to defend or enforce a legal claim.
